Richard Mosher of Kalador and MobileRated has made a new post regarding mobile 2.0 on his blog, Mobile Ubiquity.
He talks about “Web 2.0,” a term coined by Tim O’Reilly, which “signifies the second coming of web services and the realization of the promises of the Dot Com Bubble.” Mosher asks if what we have now is the coming of Mobile 2.0, or simply another bubble.
