Can you imagine how funny it would be to have the 90210 theme song blare really loudly every time your phone rang? Especially on a really quiet but packed bus where it would attract more attention than if the Elephant Man got on. I think that’s enough reason to buy.

ThumbPlay is selling ringtone versions of Liam Sullivan and Kelly’s “Shoes”. The video is pretty classic but I think Sophie Bell of ThumbPlay summed it up best:

Sony Pictures Home Entertainment has inked its first direct-to-consumer mobile deal with online mobile retailer Thumbplay. Thumbplay will offer a range of ringtones, wallpaper and games from Sony TV and film properties; video will be added by year’s end.
Thumbplay has announced that it has reached an agreement with Hands-On Mobile to distribute some of its games and applications. Some of the Hands-On Mobile games we’ll be seeing are X-Men™ Legends 2: Rise of Apocalypse, Top Gun™ , Air Combat 2 and Monopoly Tycoon.
