Maya - Secrets of the Temple now available for iPhone

Ojom has announced that they have modified their game Maya - Secrets of the Temple to work with Apple’s iPhone.

The game is comprised of a series of puzzles. Each puzzle is made up of a cluster of triangles with varying colors in each corner. The puzzle is solved by flipping or rotating the triangles to form a pattern where the corresponding colors are connected to each other. Modifications to the game allow iPhone users to use the touchscreen while playing the game.

“This is a great opportunity for Ojom to show that we can adapt and innovate to suit new technologies,” said Thomas Brockhage, Ojom’s general manager. “Maya was one of our most popular games and is perfect for the iPhone’s touch sensitive screen. We are proud to release our first game specifically adapted for the iPhone.”

Ojom releases E.T. - The Extra Terrestrial

Ojom has announced the release of a video game based on E.T. The Extra Terrestrial.

Fans of the movie, assuming they weren’t burned by the old Atari game, can join everyone’s favorite alien and his best friend, Elliot, in 42 mini-games. As players beat more and more mini-games, they will collect pieces that can be used to build a machine allowing E.T. to “phone home.” Mini-games take their theme from scenes in the movie: bike rides, hiding in Elliot’s cupboard, E.T. dressed a girl, and more.

“This game encapsulates all of the great memories from the cult classic movie underpinned with challenging and exciting games,” said Thomas Brockhage, managing director of Ojom. “The games include many classic formats that have universal appeal, and with the addition of E.T. it bridges all generation gaps.”

The game is available now across Europe.
