Oh man. If I hear the word Smule or some derivation of Smule one more time, I’m going to completely lose it. I’m going to go totally Hulk rage and SMASH. Okay, rage aside, you can enter Smule’s contest to win $1,000 for the best Ocarina iPhone song video on YouTube. Post a new video or enter with one you’ve already made. There are a total of 10, $1000 cash prizes and a bunch of t-shirts to boot. The contest runs until 10th January next year. If you want to win, the competition is pretty fierce, people are doing Stairway to Heaven.

The Ocarina is insanely hard to play. Link makes it look so easy. My girlfriend and I picked up a generic Ocarina because I was going to play bagpipes and she would play some elf music for our band. The only problem was that both instruments are basically impossible.
