OrangePixel has announced platformer Akira*Hero, based around their Dynamo Kid games.
Akira*Hero is said to offer colorful animated backgrounds, graphical effects, high quality sound, and simple head-stomping gameplay, as well as online high scores. It features nine levels spread over three worlds, plus over 30 bonus room and an infinite amount of randomly generated levels in the game’s skirmish mode.
Pascal Bestebroer, CEO of OrangePixel, spoke about the game:
“With Akira*Hero we are extending our offering towards the more hard-core gamers. Next to our excellent line-up of single-key and casual brands, we will be creating a couple of new brands aimed more at the die hard gamers who are looking for more action. Akira*Hero is the first of these games and should make a clear statement of our goal.”
The game will be available worldwide, and an ad-sponsored free version will be available on GameJump.com in the coming weeks.
