MocoSpace, the largest social network designed specifically for mobile phones, has passed the 3 million mark in registered users. The milestone follows a May report by browser company Opera ranking MocoSpace as the third most trafficked mobile site in the U.S. after MySpace and Google.
Greystripe and Opera have teamed up in an effort to make mobile games more accessible to users of the Opera Mini web browser software for phones.
Opera Mini is now using Greystripe’s AdWRAP Catalog Platform to deliver mobile content to users of the browser. The AdWRAP Catalog Platform makes Greystripe’s entire library of over 900 titles available to web sites, portals and, of course, mobile applications like Opera Mini. Users have already downloaded over 1.6 million games in the first month of the partnership.
