Paper Planes allows you to design and fly your own paper airplane. After choosing a basic design, you can alter the weight and the angle of the flaps, then give it a test run and see how it flies. There’s a world tour mode, where you have to complete a variety of different objectives that require you to fine-tune your plane, and a free flight mode which lets design away with no time limit or pressure. There’s also a challenge mode, which has objective just like world tour, but only lets you make three adjustments to your plane. It’s available for some operators in the UK now, and will be out in Spain and France at the end of the month. Releases in Germany and Italy are planned in April.

THQ didn’t announce any specific titles, but the prospect of a touch screen plus their Playboy license is making me nervous.

The puzzle game uses the match-three style of play popularized by games like Bejeweled, but offers some unique additions and expands the genre with additional game types like quest mode and time trial.

The game will be available in November.
