Ojom has announced the launch of a mobile game version of Magnum P.I.
Players take control of Thomas Magnum, the iconic Navy Seal-turned-private investigator, scouring Hawaii for criminals. The adventure game features 20 levels, including bonus levels, and easy, intuitive controls. Magnum will run automatically, and players use the control pad to jump, slide, and adjust his position.
“Magnum P.I is an exciting addition to our range of mobile game titles,” said Marc Buße, Channel Manager of Ojom GmbH. “Many people will remember the immensely popular and iconic 80s TV series. This is an exhilarating and addictive jump ‘n’ run style game that we hope will appeal to a cross section of mobile gamers.”
The game is available on Java-enabled handsets from major operators in a range of European languages.
German publisher Ojom has announced the release of a new brain teaser called Mobile IQ Trainer.
Ojom states that the game can improve both brain processing speed and IQ with a number of games involving arithmetic, algebra, spatial thinking, memory, and logic puzzles. An in-game guide named Bob helps players find their way around the game.
“This is a fun packed and addictive game which gives the player a fun and intellectually rewarding gaming challenge,” said Marc Buße, channel manager at Ojom. “With a combination of skill and logic the player can hone their IQ potential and have great competitive fun at the same time.”
The game is available now in portals throughout Europe.
Ojom GmbH has announced that they have released Starship Troopers - Roughnecks, based on the animated series.
Players take the role of a member of an elite infantry squad embroiled in a war against a race of huge, alien arachnids. Armed with a super-powered assault rifle, gameplay is a simple matter of point and shoot. The bugs will do their best to surprise and ambush, however.
“We are delighted to add Starship Troopers to our list of titles; it is an exhilarating arcade style shoot ‘em up that we hope will appeal to a cross section of mobile gamers,” said Marc Buße, Channel Manager of Ojom GmbH. “We feel that it’s fast and lots of fun, but it also has an added element of uncertainty because you’re never quite sure what could be waiting for you around the next corner.â€
The game is available on all main Java-enabled handsets in a range of European languages.
Ojom GmbH has announced the release of Kojak - Detective Puzzles.
A throwback to the 1970s era of TV detective drama, Kojak combines puzzles and logic with hard-hitting action. You can go after a suspect in a high-speed car chase, or put together an identikit image of a known criminal; you can head to the crime scene and look for clues, or look for evidence on the streets. You can even track down a suspect by putting in phone taps. There’s a time limit to each puzzle, though, so be quick.
“Kojak – Detective Puzzles is a nostalgic trip down memory lane for mobile gamers that are fond of the 1970s Cop Show genre, giving them the chance to emulate their heroes,” said Marc Buße, Channel Manager of Ojom GmbH. “This game will also appeal to mobile gamers that enjoy the challenge of solving logic puzzles.”
The game is available now across operator portals in Europe.
Ojom has announced the release of Big Lebowski Bowling, reports MobileIndustry.biz.
The game is a bowling sim featuring characters from the cult hit The Big Lebowski. “This is a really enjoyable game that encapsulates the challenge and excitement of ten pin bowling underpinned by a fictional character that has become synonymous with bowling – ‘The Dude’,” said Ojom’s Marc Buße. “The quirky characters give the game a comedy element that we hope that fans of the movie and bowling will appreciate and enjoy.”
The game is available across Europe.
