Hudson releases Kachinko

Hudson Entertainment has announced the release of Kachinko, a mobile game based on the popular Japanese game Pachinko.

Pachinko is a cross between slots and pinball. Players of the game fire small balls into a case filled with pegs. The ball bounces between the pegs and, depending on where it falls, might reward the player with more balls. Kachinko expands the idea with a puzzle theme, using colored balls in a match-three style.

“Kachinko is another step in Hudson’s commitment to delivering fresh, new games to phones for all gamers to enjoy,” said John Greiner, President and CEO of Hudson Entertainment. “It’s a unique game that’s easy to pick up and continues to challenge even experienced players.”

The game is available on BREW and Java enabled phones.
