There are a ton of nice phones coming out of Japan that make for great mobile entertainment. Take for example the latest, the Exilim-branded Casio / Hitachi phone, which has an 8 MP camera and potential for Omnivision sensor technology. The Ominivision technology is a means of bringing more pixels to your phone in a slim form factor.

The latest Casio Hitachi mobile devices being launched in Japan use E Ink Vizplex Imaging Film technology to display a ton of cool artsy images on the outside of the clamshell phones. These images make the phone very sleek in the way that they constantly change and have a simple yet classy design.
“We wanted features such as outdoor sunlight readability, 180 degree viewing angle, extremely thin, rugged, flexible display that consumed very little power,” said Satoshi Shirasawa, Marketing Manager for CHMC. “E Ink’s electrophoretic display technology provided all that and more, something we could not get from other display technologies.”
