Glu Mobile has announced a few changes in the structure of top level executives.
Jill Braff, formerly senior vice president (SVP) of world wide marketing and general manager of the Americas, has been named SVP of global publishing. She now oversees the company’s worldwide efforts in licensing, marketing, and sales. Chief technology officer Alex Galvagni has added the title of SVP of global development, making him responsible for product development, technology services, porting, and deployment.
“These promotions will further enhance our ability to execute on a local level by enabling our global offices to share best practices more efficiently,” said Greg Ballard, president and CEO. “Both Alex and Jill have been exemplary leaders within our organization and as we continue to establish local offices in key territories, they will be key in working with our international teams to establish business practices for each region.â€
The company has also announced that EMEA managing director Kristian Segerstrale will be leaving the company to pursue other opportunities.
“I want to personally thank Kristian for his contributions to Glu’s success,†said Ballard. “The company has come a long way since Sorrent acquired Macrospace and the two companies combined to form Glu. Kristian has played an important role in our development and we wish him all the best in his future endeavors.â€
Segerstrale was one of the founders of Macrospace.
