Finally some mobile game news. According to Phil, they’re developing iPhone games. I really like the artwork this company uses so I’m sure it will make for a nice looking game.
Magmic Games’ Wes Tam is up talking mobile games. The focus of his talk is copublishing a AAA mobile game with Hollywood. Magmic is launching a mobile game based on the movie Eagle Eye and Wes has had a really fun time making the game. He even got to tour the set for creative inspiration.
Trena of DISTIL is talking about mobile games for educational purposes. Talk about QuicklyBored. Just kidding! I think this company has great potential being that the youth are increasingly mobilized, and therefore their market is ever expanding. Her product demo featured a game for managers to be trained on an environmental management system.
Head Games is up now. I wish there was more mobile content, but what can ya do? Head Games is about to release their first console game: Babo Invasion. He couldn’t say for what platform. Boo NDAs. I’m going to ask an mobile game question. Listen to it in the audio.
Sylvain from Sylien games explaining TradeWars, their browser based game…a remix on the original. Before his presentation we jived about the potential for mobile to interact with MMO games. Phil from Fuel Games is next.
Buzz’d and Skyfire had a party in the Soma district. It was open bar all night long at a cool art gallery. I brought a cute girl from IBM Hungary with me. I got her to talk for the voice note. Listen!
