Mobile@Mail.Ru put together great comparison shots of the LG Renoir vs the Samsung Pixon. Both phones are 8 MP camera phones and if you’re unsure which one you should buy, these comparisons should help you make up your mind.
Spec-wise, the Renoir is the better camera phone. According to BGR, “the Renoir offers a Schneider-Kreuznach Lens and a Xenon flash which on paper (and in practice) outperforms the cheap plastic lens and dual LED flash of the Pixon. The Renoir also has an active autofocus which the reviewer deems superior to the Pixon’s passive autofocus.”

Ok, if I had to choose between the Renoir and the iPhone, I would say it depends where your priorities lie.
iPhone Good
- Great apps and all around good time
- Better enterprise functionality (email etc)
iPhone Bad
- Charging is a pain and battery doesn’t last long
- Call quality is frustrating
Renoir Good
- Great camera phone
- Phone basics such as call quality are great
Renoir Bad
- Terrible dev community
- Lacks a mobile office functionality
Personally, I would go iPhone between the 2. I know this isn’t a full comparison, but I’ve highlighted the areas that are personally important to me. You should figure out whats important to you.
