Getting an iPhone means camping overnight outside of Rogers
In order to make sure that QuicklyBored gets its hands on a 3G iPhone, I will be camping outside the Rogers Plus store at 690 Bank Street in order to secure my place in line. My biggest fear? Getting drunk in the parking lot and sleeping right through the launch. Not only will waking up in the afternoon after all the iPhones have been sold be really embarrassing, but it will also mean I’m fired. I’m really not sure which is worse.
Here is what I’ll be packing:
- Beer - notice booze is first on the list? Uh oh.
- Tent - not nearly as important as the above.
- Camera - for recording any fights for who gets the last iPhone.
- Water - to balance out the beer.
- Adult diapers - yeah right I’m not that desperate.
