The Chinese are a little shameless when it comes to ripping off intellectual property and they’ve really outdone themselves with the HiPhone. Apple’s European counsel Bird & Bird has slapped the unnamed Chinese distributor with a letter threatening €25,000 in damages (and €15,000 in legal fees) for HiPhone sales.
