uVuMobile and CinemaNow team up for mobile movie service

uVuMobile and CinemaNow have announced a partnership to bring movie purchasing power to mobile phones. Using the service, Internet-capable mobile phones can watch trailers (I hope you have an unlimited data plan if you do), as well as purchase or rent over 10,000 titles. The titles are then sent straight to your PC at home, so if you hear about a movie while you’re out and about you can buy it right then and have it waiting for you when you get home. You can also set up the service to go to a network storage device or portable media player, if that’s your thing. Pretty cool, all in all.
