EA Mobile has announced the release of a new mobile puzzler called Block’d.
Designed for the casual market, Block’d features two modes, both dealing with clearing the entire game grid of multicolored blocks. In marathon mode, players must clear the grid within a certain number of moves, while speed mode pits players against the clock. Various special blocks such as wildcards, bombs, and lightning bolts allow for bigger combos and quicker times.
“Block’d is a great addition to our casual games portfolio. It’s simple to pick up and play, yet challenges players enough to have them come back again and again to reach those high scores,” said Tim Harrison, European Marketing Director at EA. “We’re very excited to offer another innovative puzzle challenge to mobile gamers.”
The game is available now across Europe.
