Kiloo and Itch Design release Ninja vs. Sumo

Itch Design, in collaboration with publisher Kiloo, has announced the release of a new one-thumb game called Ninja vs. Sumo.

The cartoony puzzle game features the two characters, the ninja and the sumo wrestler, that Itch Studios designed for their PocketDuel brand of games. The game is designed around non-stop action, and Itch Studios designed a Power-Up Management Systems dubbed PUMS that removes the need for in-game menus that disrupt the action.

“With a fan site already in place, together with this debut title and plans to create many more characters, it is our aim to establish the PocketDuel brand in the gaming industry,” said Avinash Rawoo, co-founder of Itch Design. “As for this title, it is a great ‘one thumb game’ ideal for those commutes in and out of work/school that will get you jumping up and down in sheer joy or panic quicker than you can say “Ta Bo Onara!”

The game is available in English, French, German, and Dutch, and Spanish and Italian translations are in progress.
