Nokia has announced that I-play will be publishing a line of casual games for the upcoming N-Gage platform.
The first two games from I-play will be World Rally Championship, officially licensed from the FIA WRC, and Super Mah Jong, from the makers of Jewel Quest. I-play’s lineup for the platform will consist of casual, one-thumb gameplay titles which offer the “dip in, dip out” style that the company is known for.
“I-play brings a diverse games portfolio to N-Gage, and we’re excited to have them on board,†said Gregg Sauter, Director of 3rd Party Publishing for Nokia. “The N-Gage toolset provides the opportunity to deliver new features and richer experiences to consumers through I-play’s strong portfolio of content. We look forward to this cooperation.â€
I-play CEO David Gosen stated that the company was “very excited” about the agreement.
