The International Mobile Gaming Awards (IMGA) has announced that they are accepting entries for the contest, now in its 4th year.
IMGA awards a total of $40,000 in prizes for the following categories: excellence in creativity, excellence in 3D, excellence in game play, best licensed or IP-based game, and best casual game. Last year’s content saw 400 developers from 42 countries participating in the competition.
“Winning the 2006 IMGA Grand Prix and the Innovation Award is now helping us to establish the partnerships that will take Triangler a step further,” said Oscar van Deventer of TNO, winner of the Grand Prix prize last year. “The prize is opening a lot of doors and we are in the process of negotiating a major development and publishing agreement. So anybody with the next bright concept for a mobile game: send it in, you have everything to win and nothing to lose!â€
