Konami and Glu Mobile have inked a wide-ranging distribution deal that will see many of the former’s titles released on mobile phones throughout Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Australia and New Zealand.
“Glu’s reputation and track record of creating hits on mobile made them the partner of choice for bringing our key titles to mobile gamers in these key regions,†added Kunio Neo, President of Konami. “Our collaboration with Glu will ensure that the Konami games that people love will be quickly and easily accessible and available to as many consumers as possible.â€
There’s no word yet on what titles will be released, but the first of them will launch in the second half of 2007.
