Amob has released their list of the top 10 downloaded games for April and Vivendi dominates the list, reports MobileIndustry.biz.
The company is doing very well in South East Asia, with titles such as Crash Racing, The Legend of Spyro and Blackhawk Down helping to secure their hold on the region.
Amob is also seeing more branded titles. “We’re not sure if two consecutive months constitute a trend, but we are starting to see branded titles dominate our top ten list,” said Acme Mobile CEO Paul Meyers. “We believe this brand dominance reflects the larger global industry’s move towards consolidation. However, as with the past couple of months, a handful of strong non-branded titles also prove to be popular. Impressively, seven of this month’s top ten games were not in last month’s list, although some have reappeared after a few months’ absence. This is the second consecutive month we’ve seen such a high turnover occur.”
