Gameloft signs distribution deal in India

Gameloft has signed a distribution deal with Airtel, India’s larget mobile operator, reports MobileIndustry.biz.

Six of Gameloft’s titles are part of the deal, including Desperate Housewives, Might and Magic, and Lost. They will be made available to Airtel’s 30 million subscribers.

“We are very happy to enter into this agreement, which represents a major step forward for us,” said Ravi Kumar, business development manager for Gameloft India. “Airtel is a dynamic partner who is striving to offer its clients the simplest and most economic service possible, and Gameloft contributes a game quality that will thrill consumers.”
