Progressive Media has announced 4 titles it will be releasing in the second quarter of this year.
First up is Boing Banana, which offers you the once in a lifetime opportunity to throw monkeys around on trampolines.
Next you’ll train sprint-ship in Sheep Mania: Barnyard Dash. Your sheep will compete in three sports: sprint, hurdles, and chicken. You’ll have to fight off tricky weather conditions and spend time and money training your sheep to make it to the big leagues.
The next two games continue the sheep theme. Sheep Mania: Clockwork Conspiracy pits you against an evil mole society that has kidnapped your sheep friends and is using them to generate power for a doomsday machine. Sheep Mania: Puzzle Islands, on the other hand, follows up on the original Sheep Mania game that was released in 2004.
Progressive Media’s CEO Thomas Nielsen spoke about the lineup:
“We’ve always thought mass market consumers should be attracted to mobile games with fresh, original, addictive game play. There continues to be tremendous potential in this market, and we realize how important it is to pay increasingly more attention to game-play experience rather than just getting the right names out to existing gamers through traditional channels. I’m really excited with what we’ve come up with over the past months - I’ve never been more confident that this is the type of entertainment potential mobile gamers want, and I believe we’re coming out with truly unique products.”
The games will be available for 300 mobile handsets some time in the second quarter of this year.
