New Tony Hawk Game Is One-Thumb Style

Tony HawkWe got this news from Mobileindustry.biz: Tony Hawk, a game that has bothered us in the past due to its ridiculous button-pressing is coming back to mobile but in a one-thumb style.

According to Mobileindustry: “Tony Hawks Project 8 will be playable with just one thumb - players will be tasked with hitting the buttons in the right direction at the right time.”

“The more accurate they are, the faster Tony will go, but one too many mistakes will send him sprawling. Players will also be able to pull off some of his trademark tricks.”

Personally, I can’t wait to play this title because I’ve always been a fan of the skateboarding legend but his games are only meant for console. Perhaps we are seeing a new wave of console to mobile porting. In order to get your console game on mobile, you have to go one-thumb. We’ll see how it fares in the Hotness-Whackness categories.
