Floodgate Entertainment today announced a worldwide co-publishing agreement through which SONY BMG MUSIC ENTERTAINMENT will work with wireless carriers around the globe to distribute Mo-Pets to mobile devices. Additional terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Only your pet truly understands you. Now, thanks to SONY BMG MUSIC ENTERTAINMENT and Floodgate, you can carry that understanding with you everywhere you go. The new mobile game Mo-Pets lets users adopt a young, impressionable cat, dog, ferret or monkey, teach them tricks, take them through mini-games and compete in judged talent shows with other proud Mo-Pet owners.
Game users start in the Mo-Pets home, where they can scratch their Mo-Pet and reward her with snacks. Players can also teach their little friends unique tricks and play minigames to increase their pet’s skills.
Mo-Pets can also travel to the Park or the Obstacle Course for some fresh air, and to the Mo-Pets Talent Show where they can compete with other Mo-Pet owners in a judged competition of pet prowess. Players begin by competing against people in their region, and then work up to competing against top Mo-Pets users on the national level.
