3D Tilt-A-World by Super Happy Fun Fun

Super Happy Fun Fun

I have been reviewing games for quite some time now and I was starting to feel bad because there weren’t any games that stood out as being worthy of the Hotness title. It was at that point that I was sent a copy of 3D Tilt-A-World from the company with the hilarious company name Super Happy Fun Fun.

3D Tilt-A-World Screen1If you haven’t read any of the press releases regarding 3D Tilt-A-World, then you wouldn’t know about the innovative technology used to create a unique gaming experience that makes up 3D Tilt-A-World. Through camera based motion detection, moving the phone tilts the 3D playfield which then moves the Ball through multi-tiered levels with maze-like paths, playfield puzzles, gems, and deadly falls in a race against time. With so many phones these days coming with a camera, this game can be played by pretty much every mobile game enthusiast out there.

The first level is a great start to the game and it allows you to become familiar with the technology. At first you’ll notice that the ball may not be responding as well as you would like it to. It is important to consider the following tips when playing to optimize your experience and avoid any frustrations:

1. For best performance, point the camera at a textured surface.
2. Be sure the room is not dark. Average room lighting should be fine, more is obviously better.
3. Tilt slowly.
4. When in doubt press the brake (5 or OK), re-center yourself while holding the button, and release the brake.

To get the best score possible, collect all the gems and beat the clock. Personally, I’m still practicing and getting my skills up to the point where I’m ready to showcase them on YouTube like I did with Super KO Boxing.
