Cupertino’s Sennari Closes $10M

In an article posted in the San Jose Business Journal, Sennari Inc. announced it closed a $10 million third round of venture capital funding. Cupertino-based Sennari, which provides mobile customer relationship management (CRM) applications for mobile phones, said the round was led by Menlo Park-based Mayfield Fund.

Also participating were existing investors Salt Lake City, Utah-based UV Partners, Bethesda, Md.-based Novak Biddle Venture Partners, and San Francisco-based Blacksmith Capital.

Sennari’s first mobile CRM service, PrizePlay, launched in 2005. The company also offers customized loyalty programs for carriers and handset makers, and a free promotional music channel for mobile phones that provides the ability to do opt-in advertising and push messaging to mobile consumers.
