Kragesoft Sudoku

Kragesoft
Kragesoft has made a standard Sudoku game with few frills. Graphically, this is a solid looking game that provides some decent Sudoku entertainment but it has its drawbacks.

The most obvious criticism of this game is its pip marking system. If you want to make a mark in one of the squares with a note, then you press the 2 different numbers that could be in that space. Lets say you were to input 3 and 5 in a single square. The result would be 2 little pips in the square corresponding to that number’s position on the phone’s keypad. Strange isn’t it?

Time Crisis 3D

An innovative user interface makes this game super hot.

Time Crisis was an incredible arcade shooter. When I first picked up their gun with the repeating hammer, it felt great to squeeze off round after round. Time Crisis 3D for mobile is reminiscent of that feeling.

Namco has really outdone itself with this game. TC3D is an incredibly addictive game with a user interface that gives QuicklyBored hope for the future.

Nowhere to Hide from Advertising

IGAIGA Worldwide brings advertisements to our mobile sanctuary.

Once we began walking through virtual space it became apparent to advertisers that this was untapped ad space for the plundering. Product placement and blatant advertising will be coming to our mobile games in attempt to suck out some further revenue from us. The best we can hope for is subsidized game prices and reinvestment of these advertising dollars into the industry.

Super Doku Review

Super Doku
The first installment of our QB Guide to mobile Sudoku.

The people at Butterfly Donuts are probably the first to make a Sudoku game featuring a little red alien. It makes the game a little more enjoyable for some reason. Maybe it’s like the same warmth that Tickle Me Elmo gives.
