Small rebel force leads desperation mission against the Empire (hint: aim for the exhaust port)
In response to videogame giant Electronic Art’s announcement last week that they were buying mobile game company JAMDAT for USD 680 million, a JAMDAT shareholder has filled a class-action lawsuit against EA in the hopes of preventing the acquisition. Shareholder Elliot Fox feels that the purchase is unlawful because it would intentionally sell JAMDAT for too low of a price to EA. Fox stated:

Globes [online] is reporting that Virgin Mobile UK will trial Ki-Bi Mobile Technologies ‘mobile content cards’ after the holidays. To download the content, users simply place the card up to their phone and press a button corresponding to the content they wish to download. The card then emits an acoustic tone which triggers the phone to download the desired content from Ki-Bi’s server.
